How to use this guide

1. Comply with Prime requirements

All merchants must adhere to the required guardrails to access and use Buy with Prime. These standards ensure brand integrity, compliance, and a consistent shopping experience.

📘

Important

The Prime Smile logo and Prime Checkmark logo will have a designated placement assigned to your ecommerce site through the approved applications. Use of these brand elements outside of this placement is prohibited.

2. Select how you want to offer Prime on your site

Sign-in banner flow (recommended)
The sign-in flow adds Prime delivery to your website, embedded within your existing checkout pages. Shoppers can sign in, and choose to pay with any preferred payment method that you offer on your website, including Amazon Pay. Feedback suggests this flow resonated the most clearly with shoppers. For more details, see Using the sign-in banner flow.

Express button flow
The express button flow provides a fast checkout experience for shoppers by using the address and payment details from their Amazon account. This flow requires Amazon Pay. For more details, see Using the express button flow.

3. Navigate by component

As you design your experience, explore the components section to access comprehensive guidance. Each component includes detailed information on visual displays for all states and variations, recommended placement, dos and don’ts, customization, and best practices for ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly design. Using these resources, you can confidently include Prime on your site while maintaining a consistent shopper experience.
