A: No, these guidelines apply to all Buy with Prime Partners and are in place to provide the best experience to Prime members.

A: Strict compliance with these guidelines is required at all times. We reserve the right to revoke your permission to use the Buy with Prime badge if these guidelines are not met.
Q: Can I use the Prime Smile logo and Prime Checkmark logo Amazon adds to merchants’ stores through the API on other marketing materials?
A: No, the Prime Smile logo and Prime Checkmark logo will have a designated placement assigned to merchants’ ecommerce sites via the approved applications. Use of these brand elements outside this placement is prohibited. However, we encourage you to use the Buy with Prime badge in your marketing materials.
